I’m requesting a quote for renovation at 210 South Street Unit 35, Boston, MA 02111. The unit (3rd floor) is in its original condition and is very well-maintained. I want to update it for my mom, who will move in after the renovation is complete. Please let me know the total cost, including a breakdown, as well as a rough project timeline and payment milestones. The submission with the earlier completion date is preferred if other costs are similar.

I would love to have an architect or designer who can provide a holistic design aesthetic for the unit.
Project 1 - Full flooring renovation. Remove carpet in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and the existing flooring everywhere else. Please provide flooring options and the total project cost for each option.
Project 2 - Full Master Bath Renovation. The main work involves removing the existing standalone shower stall and tub and installing a full shower stall in its place.
Project 3 - Full paint redone. Essentially, paint all the walls with new high-quality white paint.
Project 4 - Kitchen Update. I don’t want to change too much here, except to ensure the design matches the rest of the home. We do want to replace the fridge, stove, and microwave oven.
Please list additional costs as separate items, such as bathroom cabinets, lighting, etc.
Inspiration can be drawn from Unit 65, as seen in the listing, which is three floors higher. You can see the current/original design in the second carousel below for the bathroom and kitchen cabinet.
Master Bathroom: The master bathroom shower space looks great. We don’t need the bench. It's good to have two shower wands on opposite sides of the shower. The inset is not necessary; we can have built-in shelves on the corners to hold items.
Kitchen: The current color is similar to the images below, and I'm open to some changes, such as lightening, new faucets, etc…
